ABSOLUTELY 100% Vegan. There are no animal products or animal by-products used in any product sold on our website and in our range.
Do You Test On Animals?
No product in our range has been tested on any animals. We test our range on humans. We are a dedicated cruelty-free, vegan, natural skincare brand and will not condone any form of animal testing - ever.
We do not have a 'parent' company that tests on animals. We choose not to sell in countries in which animal testing is a requirement.
I Have Sensitive Skin, Can I Use Your Products?
Whilst everyone's skin is different, the products in our range are gentle enough to use on sensitive skin. However, if you are concerned we recommend patch testing, and speaking with your skin doctor. You can find the full ingredient list on each product listing.
Are Your Products Safe for Pregnant and/or Breastfeeding Mamas?
We are so proud to say that each and every product in our Queen Street Apothecary range is safe for women during pregnancy and post-partum and they're also breastfeeding friendly. Who Are The Owners of Queen Street Apothecary?
Our names are Sarah and Tanya. We are besties, dedicated skincare addicts and make-up artists. You can read more about us here. (In case you're wondering, Tanya's favourite product is the Gentle Gel Enzyme Cleanser. Sarah's go-to product is the Midnight Elixir).
Are Your Products Truly Australian?
We are 100% Australian owned and operated. Our products are crafted locally in QLD with ethically crafted, sustainably sourced ingredients. You will see from our ingredients list that we aim to use native Australian ingredients as much as we can. Our products are packed with Australian essential oils, fruits and extracts.
What If I forget to use my discount code?
oopps! Eeekk..In a rush to checkout you may have forgotten to use a discount code supplied by us for you to use on your first order or a product sale. In this case, you can let us know and we can help to generate a new code for you to use on your next purchase. It's up to you as a consumer to utilise any discount code or offer in your order, however we will always strive to get you the best possible deal!

We offer free standard domestic shipping within Australia for orders $100 or more. We have an option for express shipping.
*Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 days. **Delays may occur due to extended Covid-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes as per Australia Post.
Do You Offer International Purchasing and Shipping?
Yes, we proudly ship all over the world.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We do offer free standard worldwide shipping for orders of $170 AUD and over.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties (including VAT and any processing fees) imposed by your country of residence.

What Is The Typical Dispatch Time For My Order?
Within 1 to 3 working days from our warehouse in NSW.
What Is the Typical Shelf Life / Use Before Date Of Your Products?
Approximately 12 to 18 months from time of purchase. Best Before dates are stated on each individual product and are typically "Please use within six months of opening".
